Tara Oram is a Canadian recording artist and a top ten finalist on fifth season of Canadian Idol in 2007. During her run on Canadian Idol, Tara received numerous accolades from both professionals and fans of the show. Her small-town attitude and natural abilities made her a season favorite. Tara made it to the top six before she was voted off. She has maintained a degree of celebrity in Canada, due in no small part to her talents as a singer and sincerity towards her fans. Currently, Tara can be seen starring in her own television series on CMT, called The Tara Diaries.
