New Music Video: Ace Young - Addicted

This piece with the sound of classic strings and rockin guitar riff back up sets the stage for the marvelous delivery and expression of vocalist Ace Young. This single has a sound so much bigger than most that it has the impact of a piece from a major motion picture score. Perhaps that is what it is, a sample of the much bigger story coming from this talented artist and the excellent musicianship of those working with him. What do you think?

Álex Ubago (born January 21, 1981) is a Spanish singer-songwriter born in Vitoria. He is especially known for his heartfelt voice and his ballads.

He rose to fame was gradual and slow. At first, his debut album didn't sell much. Alex started to tour national radios with his guitar, the way many American pop stars do, to sing his songs live and be interviewed. Eventually this strategy worked and his album finally hit the charts.

Album Review: Chris Standring - Love And Paragraphs

On "Love And Paragraphs", guitarist Chris Standring puts aside his trusty longtime jazz axe, the archtop Benedetto, and digs into more earthy blues-rock territory on five tracks with two Fender Strats; he played the Strat back in the 80s until switching to the other guitar to better tackle the acid jazz grooves which caught his ear in the early 90s. Top tunes include first single, "Love And Paragraphs," "CS In The Sunshine," "Liquid Soul," "Qwertyuiop"and "As Luck Woul Have It". An inspired innovator in both smooth and chill jazz Standring's newest CD will attract jazz lovers and beyond with it's fan-friendly grooves.

Pop Zone: Sarah Burgess - Didn't Matter That

At this point, you may not be able to tell Chris Richardson from Chris Rock, but chances are, you still vividly remember American Idol 6's Sarah Burgess — and she didn't even make the top 20. As soon as she'd tearfully told Ryan Seacrest that she'd lied to her disapproving dad in order to get away long enough to audition, the vocal powerhouse had every teenager who'd ever rebelled in her corner. And now they really have a reason to cheer her on: Although she was cut just shy of the top 20 finalists, she's landed herself a record deal, and this week she's released her first single, a so-catchy-it-oughta-be-criminal R&B track called "Didn't Matter That" (mastered by Herb Powers Jr. of Justin and Mariah fame). Needless to say, she's stopped crying. It was released on 20 September 2007.

Pop Idol: Ace Young - Addicted

"Addicted" is a song by American rocker Ace Young, the alumn of American Idol season 5. This song, according to rumour, will be set up as his first debut single. It is a catchy song with pop rock genre. Not bad... Just enjoy this.

Single Review: Mero - It Must Be Love

"It Must Be Love" was single by duo group Mero, I just wish that they had more than one single out, because I can't get enough of them! I listen to this single over and over again without getting tired of it. It's a group of two guys, but it's not entirely pop sounding. It's just fun loving music to relax and enjoy. It was released at 27 March 2000.

Album Review: Jonatan Cerrada - La Preuve Du Contraire

"La Preuve Du Contraire" is the second album of Jonatan Cerrada. Its title literally translates into 'The Proof Of The Opposite' but means 'The Proof That It Is Wrong'.

Most of the songs are in French, but one track is in Spanish while one is partly Spanish (Con Los Años Que Me Quedan, a revival of Gloria Estefan's song) and another one is partly Italian (Amore).

This second album contains his hit single "'Libre Comme L'Air', and the soundtrack to the French version of the film Robots 'Mon Paradis'. The album features Ophelie Cassy in 'Ne M'en Veux Pas', which is his new single. However, the single version has been re-mixed and is no longer a duet.
