Pop Zone: The Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up

"When I Grow Up" is the first single of Pussycat Dolls upcoming second studio album "To Those Who Wait" due later this summer. They will perform the song for the first time on Jimmy Kimmel Live on May 20 and then again at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards on June 1.

"When I Grow Up" is an uptempo track that has a thumping bass beat throughout. In the lyrics, the Dolls each speak of when they were younger, and how they wanted to be famous, be in movies and wanted groupies. The vocals can be heard from Scherzinger, Thornton and Sutta. However there is much speculation from fans that only Scherzinger is singing, as Thornton and Sutta can't be heard. Also, since the track was written by Scherzinger and Rodney Jerkins, it is rumoured that the song was written and recorded for Scherzinger's solo effort, yet re-recorded by the Dolls.

Single Review: Rihanna - Take A Bow

"Take A Bow" is a song written by R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo for the re-release of Rihanna's third studio album "Good Girl Gone Bad". It is the first single from the re-release edition of the album. The single was produced by Stargate. Ne-Yo, with whom she previously worked on "Unfaithful" and "Hate That I Love You". Stargate, who are behind a number of Rihanna's singles, including "Unfaithful", "Don't Stop The Music" and "Hate That I Love You", produced the song. The premise of the song is based around a female's point of view as her boyfriend is attempting to apologize after being unfaithful. She sarcastically informs him that his performance is "very entertaining", and instructs him to "take a bow". Although there is a gentle tone to the lyrics, at the heart of it they convey a tone of bitterness and even disgust ("trying to apologize, you're so ugly when you cry"). The style and concept is similar to pop star's Beyonce's; 2007 worldwide smash hit, "Irreplaceable".

Pop Zone: Prima J - Corazon Corazon

The name of their debut single may be "Rock Star', but the two cousins that make up Prima J are everything but in fact, Jessica Martinez and Janelle Martinez are so down-to-earth, it seems just as odd that their song is the lead track from the Bratz™ Motion Picture Soundtrack (released by Geffen Records 31 July 2008, with the movie following 03 August 2008). Far from precocious and everything but bratty, the pair are actually a real-life version of the comradery and competitive edge captured in the movie.

As Mexican-Americans, they hope to be role models to both American and Latin girls, as they consider themselves the face of the new Hispanic in America, part of an emerging generation that speaks English and lives Latin. They even go so far as to affectionately refer to each other as chilosa, a made-up word that they feel defines Prima-J: two sassy, classy, spicy and feisty girls. They may be the girls next door, but they’re also fun and fearless, with an independent spirit and deep sense of inner confidence.

Check out Prima J's MySpace for more information and listen the cool song from Prima J, it is called Corazon Corazon with pop genre, it is nice song actually, eve Pariz Hilton love them.
