Reach Out is a dance-pop song on Hilary Duff's 2008 compilation album, Best of Hilary Duff. Duff performed the song on her 2007 tour, the Dignity tour. It samples Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus". In a September 2007 interview with AOL Music Canada, she said that the song was to be released as a single. She said in November 2007 that "Reach Out" was one of the new tracks on the re-release edition of her 2007 album, Dignity, and that it features rapper Prophet.
