"Disturbia" is a dance-pop song written by Andre Merritt, Chris Brown, and Robert Allen for the re-release of Rihanna's third album, "Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded", and is the second single from the album, following "Take a Bow". The song was produced by Brian Kennedy with background vocals by Brown and Merritt. It was featured in a Circuit City commercial. On 7 September 2008, she opened the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards with a live performance of the song.
