It reached at #2 on the U.K. Singles Chart and at #1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Daniel Powter wrote this song and the song self was produced by Mitchell Froom and Jeff Dawson.
"Bad Day" also was released as the lead single from Daniel Powter's debut studio album, called "DP" or "Daniel Powter". Official album was released on 22 February 2005.
