Namesake has just announced that they are going on tour with Eve 6 and Everclear!
Imagen Records band Namesake is road ready as they get set to embark on a fall tour with Eve6 and Everclear in support of their debut album Boarders & Fences (available now on iTunes).
After spending most of the summer criss-crossing the county, the band is winning over fans and critics alike. Big Smile Magazine says Namesake "redefines the punk pop genre with a modern edge". With their debut album "Borders & Fences", these five Atlanta based rockers strike out with pounding rhythms, hard-hitting chords and solid hooks that are leaving legions of listeners singing along. They Will Rock You said, "Namesake are ready to make their mark on the pop-punk scene".
The band’s current single, "The Movement," is starting to create a buzz of its own. Pure Volume says, "they work through each thoughtful verse with thunderous percussion, massive guitar riffs, deeply melodic vocals and an unwavering sense of spirit". "The Movement" is streaming now on SoundCloud, and the band recently shared a stripped down acoustic video version.
